Have you had any dental procedures in the past 2 weeks, and do you have any planned for the next 2 weeks?
Are you taking any blood thinners (ex. Aspirin, NSAIDs, warfarin) or any blood thinning products (ex. Salmon oil, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, red wine, dark chocolate, grapefruit)?
